my boss told me I need to fill tax adjustment from my previous job, but the thing is my friend only need to fill their name, mynumber and address while I have to fill literally almost everything, is it necessary?
I don’t have any other income and my income only around 45.000 yen, is it necessary?
edit : its for end year tax things 年末調整, but I only started working there late october

Yes, in order for your new company to do year end adjustment for you, they need your gensen from your previous employer(s) in the same year.
I had issue with a shitty boss in the past who refused to issue it “because my payment was too low to bother”. In the end the new company managed to do without it.

In total? For how long? Did you only earn 45,000 yen over 5 months? How many days a week did you work?
