  1. Did you go to the hospital and get proper documentation of the accident that you then gave to your employer?

If so and you didn’t just stay home until you felt better which is abandoning your contract and will get you dismissed contact the labor bureau. They can’t do much other than maybe get you on unemployment a bit faster and file a wrongful dismissal action.

  2. Did you *have* an industrial accident, were you *hurt* in an industrial accident, did you *cause* an industrial accident. All different outcomes.

It’s very difficult to understand your situation (pro tip: shorter sentences, please), but it doesn’t sound like you were hurt or hospitalized. It *sounds* like you were involved in or potentially caused a mishap at work which is why your contract was cancelled.

Is your question regarding what to do with Amazon? Doesn’t sound like it – it sounds like your question is about the job agency – why are you waiting for them to contact you? Contact them every day – getting your next job is your new job for now.

As for taxes, nobody here will have any clue what that’s about as we don’t know if it’s an actual tax or what. And it would be very strange for something like that to come via *email.* Talk to the entity that sent you the request.

  3. The client company (in this case Amazon) cannot terminate the dispatch contract without thirty days’ notice. Amazon is run by bastards, but they’re not stupid – they tend to abide by the law – at least minimally.

Your dispatch company, as your employer, is responsible for your social insurance, and therefore also for matters related to workers compensation.

It sounds like your dispatch is trying to weasel out of the workers comp claims – you can talk to the Labour Standards Inspection Office regarding this. Initial consults [are available here](https://www.check-roudou.mhlw.go.jp/soudan/foreigner_eng.html).

  4. If you’ve paid tax already, even over paid. You won’t get that back till you file your taxes next year. I’ve had HR mistakes that have caused me to overpay and they always tell me the same thing. If it’s already paid in taxes then it’s up to the tax office to refund it and they don’t do that till after the new year.
