1. My wife would like to move to the countryside, somewhere where they offer money for people to move there. I guess, years ago, Saga was offering something like 1,000,000円 for people to move there. They don’t offer that anymore though. Anyone do something like this? Also, anyone know of anything like this being offered in Kyushu? Have a great day!

2. How do I ask in japanese at a fish store for the man to filet the fish I want? As in, remove the organs, bones if possible. Of a large fish.

   Any translator sentences I tried have confused the man. Any advice?

3. How come you have to take the labels off of plastic bottles at home but you don’t have to for public plastic bottle trash cans? Is someone paid to take the labels off later or something?

4. Woken up from a nap by my smoke alarm screeching 電池切りです…

   Does the landlord/building management pays for the replacement, or is it usually the tenant?

   I’m trying to contact the management company but it seems no one at the office right now…

5. I need to send a package this weekend, to hopefully arrive on Monday in Nagoya. (I’m in Tokyo).

   I read that Lawson and 7/11 can take packages to send via either Sagawa or Yamato. How do I check if my nearest shop does it ? Or do they all do it ?

   I don’t have a Sagawa or Yamato nearby…
