Hello, had recently moved out to Sapporo. Within my first couple weeks of living here, and been struggling to find a high quality butcher, and or sea food market. If you have any out of the way recommendations that would be great. Looking for something a bit more out of the way, but still high quality. ( Don’t do super well with crowds )

Are there no supermarkets in Sapporo?

… you can’t find a seafood market? There is a big one at the east end of Tanukikoji. You can talk to the vendors and set up a regular buy if you want.
I don’t know about butchers, can’t recall having seen any small shops but if you are into organs, etc for eating there are tons of places that sell ホルモン. if you are into organs.
I remember 山田肉店 northeast of the station being pretty popular, and I know people used to buy meat there for bbq in the summer. Dunno if it would be too crowded for you, but I can vouch for quality at least.
