I’ve often thought it a bit sad that the “bashi” in Nihonbashi is situated like that. I wondered what caused Tokyo to trample on such a historic landmark, when Japan usually tends to respect these things; I should have known it was because of the Olympics, they tarnish every city that hosts them.
Hopefully I live long enough to see it …
