I was planning to get the ferry from Kagoshima to Okinawa for the first time soon but got a bit worried when I read in an old online blog “they blast the aircon 24/7”.
I famously hate cold aircon and its a 25 hour ferry ride. It also happens to be my birthday that I’ll be travelling so I’d rather not spend it shivering .
Has anyone taken the ferry more recently or in the winter time that can confirm that its still really cold on board?
For personal reasons I’d rather not get a flight but it might be worth it if this is the case.
