I would say that your intinerary seems pretty packed but doable. That said, I think you should change your Kyoto plans so that they are less hectic. Day three is especially busy as you will have to travel across Kyoto to get to each place. I’d recommend grouping places like Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizudera together as they are relatively close to each other which means less time spent on buses and trains.
Far too much imo. You’ll never have enough time to do these days unless you’re running around.
My advice is do 3 days in kyoto, 2 days in Osaka and Hiroshima. Do Kanazawa and Shirakawago next year.
How are you getting in? Is tourism open?
I did something similar with Kanazawa and Shirakawago, oh man i was dead tired after spending most of the time exploring and riding transport.
Since you did not mention about transportation, i will assume that you will be taking public transport instead of driving to Shirakawago from Kanazawa? Rememeber to get bus ticket to Shirakawago from Kanazawa Transport Information Center.
As much as I love Miyajima its not a full day trip. Its maybe a half day trip, and that is if you are hiking up Mt.Misen. But if you are planning on taking the cable cars up, maybe you can get 3-4 hours out of the island.
There’s a brewery in Kanazawa that I loved when I went there, I believe it’s called oriental brewery , it’s right near the old town district and if I deny correctly near a bridge
Looks pretty good to me.
Havent Been in shirakawago in ages so dont know if Thats duable in one day.
The other ones seems like its possible.
I think your schedule is fast-paced but personally I love Japan trips like that. I think it’s totally doable. Day 2 seems a little packed, maybe consider spending the night in Shirakawago in a farmhouse stay? Sorta take it easier at night, then jet over to Kyoto in the AM.
