i’m considering buying a house in otaru as it is a lovely city with some extremely cheap prices for houses by what i’ve gathered. that said, my japanese is near-nonexistent as of now, and i’m already aware english is not widely spoken in otaru, so…. what are my options? it would be a holiday home and i would be purchasing in cash. not necessarily purchasing immediately, but i wanted to take a look and see what my options are before i go any further into my search.
