What’s a foreign food that Japan does better than its or your home country?

I’m from the USA and we eat a fuckton of potato chips but how the hell has Royce chocolate potato chips not become a thing internationally? Damn those things are incredible. Sweet and salty just makes sense, but I’ve never seen it in the US.
