Spouse of Japanese National Visa Questions (+ if you can understand Japanese as well)

I am a American citizen planning to move to Japan this July on a Spouse of Japanese National visa. My wife to be will finish our paper work and I will be in the family register next month (January). We are doing this while I am still residing in America, but she has some concerns about being approved. We have both been to America/Japan to visit each other and have a lot of proof that we have known each/have been dating other over 3 years. I proposed when I went to Japan this past April. I have N2/plan to take N1 this July (if that even matters to immigration.)

One of her concerns is (I will put her direct Japanese with this post) that we will get declined because she is a 派遣社員 (contract agency worker). We plan to file for the visa in February and by that time she says she will have 1,700,000 yen in savings. I will have 4-5k in USD. She has 2 years left on her current contract with her company. In some cases if your savings are insufficient, we’ve read that your (her) family can be proof of support but since her father had a serious illness that wouldn’t seem possible. We would also like to know that if I, the immigrant, come to Japan without a job offer in Japan unlike someone on the JET program for example, would it be okay for us to not have that figured out by the time we apply for the visa? 「入管局の人が、これらの中(下記)の一つを怪しんで拒否される可能性や心配があるということ。」
