I’ll be arriving to CTS around 8 am (Saturday, Mar 16) and plan to stay near Sapporo station, as I’ll be going to Rusutsu for snowboarding on the next day.
My rough plan is to go to Mitsui Outlet Park for snowboarding clothes shopping and do some sightseeing (Maruyama Park & Hokkaido Jingu, plus Odori Park, radio tower, and the steam clock if time allows)
I figure I’ll drop off my luggage at the hotel first since the Outlet wouldn’t be open until 10am. Then go sightseeing and have some lunch before heading to Mitsui Outlet. Does this seem like a sound plan?
I’m also pretty confused with the travel card. Which card should I get given the plan? Is there a one-day pass that I can use with all the subways and buses that go between these areas?
If you think my plan is not good, feel free to recommend otherwise. (Don’t go to the outlet, just go straight to the resort, and buy clothes there is also an option OR if there’s a better outlet mall that’s close by, I’m open to that as well)
