I am 32 years old moving to Japan on a dependent visa to live with the Japanese side of my family for a while. I’ve already got the COE and visa. I’ve heard that it’s possible to be rejected at the airport and then deported.
Does anyone have any information or experience with this? Is there anything I should be prepared in terms of talking with an immigration officer, paperwork, etc? Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
