Is there anything I can do to help the terrible anime/manga work culture and conditions in Japan?

Being an animator for anime sucks because of cruel conditions and low pay. Is there anything someone as irrelevant as me can do?
Would it be quitting my Crunchyroll subscription? Would that even do anything?
