Hi there – my partner and I are coming to Hokkaido for 2 months for a snow season. We were planning to book a long term rental with Guts Rentacar since they were so much more affordable. Does anyone have experience with them?
In particular, we’re unsure to go ahead with the booking as when we’ve called up they don’t speak English. Is this an issue? Or does it not matter because we can just book online using google translate, and English isn’t really needed when picking up the car?
Any tips or pointers would be much appreciated! 🙏🏽
