Does anyone know where I can buy some nice quality winter coats or puffers for <$300USD in the Tokyo area? Looking for trendy area like Hongdae in Seoul. Going there for winter break but not bringing a winter coat so I would like to just head straight there and buy a coat from Japan, thanks!
