XBox Pass / Cloud gaming : are games in Japanese only?

Hi,

For you gamers out there with an Xbox Pass and the Cloud Gaming service : are games only available in their Japanese localization, or can you play with the English version?

Same question about the user interface for the site and app. Japanese only, or can you switch the interface to another language?
