Hi, my good friends who moved to Japan 4 years ago just had a baby. What are ways I can buy them a gift in Japan to send it to their apartment in Tokyo? I live in the US.
I wanted to deliver her flowers, baby clothes, a diaper cake but don’t know where or how I can do so? Which sites can I use that delivery these items?

If you search 「KanonBabys おむつケーキ」on Amazon.co.jp, you can have them deliver a diaper cake to your friend and easily use a foreign credit card and billing address.
Buy them something they want. If they haven’t asked for something specific, I would not buy them anything because it would be a burden.
