Right now I am researching for a visa that I should apply for my case.
A bit about myself. I am in Canada right now. I am 27yo Hotelier with 8 years experience in Canada. I have worked in Front Desk department as a Receptionist, Phone Operator and Duty Manager. I have a Associate degree. I am learning Jpnese at the moment and trying to achieve N2, but let s just assume that I have N2 for now.
So I want to continue my career in Jp for 3 to 4 years ONLY, then I’d move back to Canada. I have worked for big names like Hilton and Marriott here in Canada. Being familiar with their hiring process, I intend to apply ONLINE to these companies again and ask them to be my Visa sponsor. That’s my plan. Tbh, I might underestimate how tough finding an employer in JP from Canada is, but let s assume it will work out.
So from what I have gathered so far, i see Tokutei Ginou visa can be an option here for my case. However, a lot of people said It’s really bad. So if not Tokutei Ginou , what other visa can I explore ?
