My work just went through our yearly health check of just general body health/bloodwork- very basic level stuff. When they were checking lymph nodes they said my lower throat area (im gonna assume its my thyroid but honestly idk) was a little large and its probably good to get it looked at. I have no idea the first place to go for this kinda thing. Is this something a regular clinic can do? A hospital? Or do I need to go to a specialized center? I live in Yamanashi, so something in the area would be preferable, but Tokyo is also an easy day trip if thats the best option. Its not incredibly urgent, but its been weighing on my mind that I dont know whats going on. Any advice appreciated!
