Is anyone running a food truck/kitchen car here in Japan? I’m assuming you need to have food preparation certification/approval, perhaps business licence. But what about the land (if not yours) you operate the trucks on? Does the landowner need to have any food certification, or business licence?
I have a plot of land and am considering my options of maybe supplying electricity, and leasing to a number of food trucks. Just interested to see how much bureaucracy I may need to do to make this happen…
