I am in the process of moving to a new apartment within the same city (Tokyo).
Got a phone call from a random number, pick it up and it’s a company called Cloud Links. [Looked up their number](https://www.jpnumber.com/freedial/numberinfo_0120_540_987.html), and it seems like they don’t have good reviews.
I asked my realtor “do you know who these people are?” and he just said they’re a utilities company and the management company says I -have- to use them.
Is that actually true in any way? It would be much easier for me to transfer my existing utilities and/or choose a company myself to save the most money.
