Mt Takao on New Years

Hi,

I will be in Japan on 1st January and was thinking about going up Mt Takao in the morning to see the 1st sunrise. However, I do have a couple of questions and hope you guys can help!

1. From [here](https://www.timeout.com/tokyo/things-to-do/tokyo-new-years-eve-traffic-information), it says that the Keio Takao Line departures every 60 minutes. Does this mean that the train will be running the whole day? Even in the early hours of the morning? (I will be staying around Shinjuku so will likely be taking this train to Takaosanguchi station)
2. Around what time should I aim to reach Takaosanguchi station / the peak of Mt Takao if I want to see the sunrise?
3. Will there be a lot of people even now? A lot of the posts / articles I see are pre-covid and it’ll be quite early in the morning so I am a bit afraid of getting lost especially as I haven’t been to Mt Takao before and am not very familiar with reading Japanese.
Thanks in advance and if you guys have any other tips / advice, do let me know as well! \^.\^
