Since we fly in and out of Tokyo, I sandwiched our time there in the itinerary. In general, does this itinerary look good? Is it too busy/do I need to plan for more rest time? Are there things that don’t really make sense to do/visit or maybe things I’m leaving off for a first time trip that I absolutely must do?
From what I understand, Kyoto and Osaka are very close to one another, so I planned on just staying in Osaka even on days that we will spend our day in Kyoto. Is that silly?
Also! Can anyone tell me more about the luggage forwarding? How easy or hard is this to do? Is there anything I should keep in mind? I plan on booking hotels exclusively that offer this service at their site (it seems that some don’t).
Thanks in advance!
