I want to quit my current job, how do I go about it?

Hello, I‘ve been working as a part timer at a restaurant here for six months now. The workplace was really toxicanyway so I’m not too sad, this month my boss stopped answering to my requests for work, so I have not been making money this month. I am planning to resign after I get my salary for november (20.12) just to avoid any conflicts in that regard.

Do I need to fill out any form or something? Can I just write my boss a message stating „I quit“ on line? How exactly do I go about this? I won’t get any unemployment stuff like that anyway and I don’t care, I just want to get out and start somewhere else.
I also have a work uniform I need to return. Can I somehow return it without having to meet my colleagues and boss? Can I leave it in the mailbox or infront of the store (there is a protected area).

All I want to do is just quit and not have to worry about anything. I don‘t want my boss accusing me of not returning my uniform, not quitting correctly or anything like that. But I also don’t want to meet him personally, if possible.

Any advice of what I need to do to be legally on the right side is welcome, thanks!
