I have a Rakuten credit card and I recently received an email saying I need to verify my residence card. However, I’m finding it impossible to upload a photo using the camera app the site forces you to use. It keeps claiming that it can’t read the photo. I don’t want to deal with the hassle of mailing in a copy, but this camera issue is so frustrating and becoming a hassle as well. Has anyone else had issues with this and knows a way to make the camera actually work? Or is it better to just not bother with it and mail it in instead? Thanks in advance!
