How to return large package from Amazon?

Hey guys I bought a hammock from Amazon but I didn’t like the quality of it so I decided to return it and this is where I start having problems, it showed a return address with a QR barcode on my browser without telling me what shipment methods to use. Do I print out this barcode and bring my package to Japan post? People who returned an large item from Amazon how did you do it?
