I was taken a pelvic x-ray at my maternity clinic a few weeks before giving birth, to check if the pelvis size was wide enough for the baby to come out. It was the first time I heard about something like this, so I asked them right away if this won’t harm the baby. They said it doesn’t harm the baby because it’s low dosage of x-ray.
Now I already had my baby. But I’m still wondering… Is this common in Japan? And is this common in other countries? Is this common in your country?
