All the ones I use are Japanese-only (zero English involved), but HappyLilac, Kanji1006, Kanji365, and むげんプリント have good questions you could test yourself with. The first and last ones actually have downloadable PDFs you can print which are modeled after the kinds of kanji tests kids get in Japan.
I’d also recommend the apps 漢字検定トレーニングDX (paid) or 小学生手書き漢字ドリル1026 (free) and 中学生漢字手書き&読み方勉強アップリ (free).
