I’ve worked as a high school teacher in California, but didn’t enjoy it much. The kids were fantastic, but the administration didn’t really support me. The other teachers and ex-teachers regularly bullied me without repurcussion.
So, like…. What’s teaching like in Japan? I don’t mean just English teaching, but actually school teaching or collegiate teaching. Most of my teaching experiences have been sullied by bad administration, so I’m wondering if that’s normal in Japan too or not.
