Hey everyone,
Had some difficulty finding information regarding employees at companies with less than 5 employees re. Shakai Hoken.
Essentially, I have been asked to find a full-time teacher for a school with 4 employees (incl. the prospective hiree). I understand that enrolment is not mandatory in these circumstances, but can they still elect to enrol?
Any help welcome, especially with citation.
