greetings everyone, i’m new here


Been making sushi since 2021, but didn’t know this subreddit existed until now lol 😂

Here’s some nigiri I made, the first is tuna from a few nights ago and the second one is salmon from my recent dinner. I made a rice ball for the salmon at the middle, I didn’t have any nori so it looks incomplete…

Just like the flair says, constructive criticism is welcome since I wanna improve my sushi techniques. Also for the tuna maki roll I don’t have a bamboo mat, so I did it entirely by hand.
