Tonight we saw the debut of Ren Narita’s new look, which I’m sure some people will have strong opinions on. Here’s my first reactions.
Pros:
– “Souled Out” is a great nickname, just gimmicky enough.
– Music fucks hard.
– The push-up bar as his weapon of choice is *genius,* and I think the symbolism will help it from being too goofy like SHO’s wrench. Whoever thought of this needs to be in charge of everything.
– He’s already got more visible charisma than he’s shown maybe ever.
Cons:
– You thought EVIL’s OG Spirit Halloween robe was bad? Ren’s looks like Dick Togo glued it together from a bedsheet at 4:28 this morning. Hopefully they get that fixed up by WK.
