Moving out of Japan but want a place to stay in when we visit. Minpaku is not allowed in our existing mansion so we are thinking of getting another mansion, airbnb it while we are away and use it when we are in town for a few weeks a year. What would be the magic words to google to search for mansions with existing minpaku license. I’ve tried “民泊物件譲渡” to minimal success. Hoping there is a large database site that I can access or a company that specializes in this.
