Hello fellow Redditors!
As the title states, I am suspecting some water damage in our kitchen and I am unsure what the best next step is.
Background: moved in end of last year, they replaced all of the wall paper and also especially this spot as it was moldy from the previous tenant. Above this room and this corner is the balcony.
Question: I got premium insurance from Chubb for LivingProtection Comprehensive Insurance, but I wonder what the best next step is. Should I contact the landlord‘s agency and report it before it gets worse? Who is liable in such a case and is there anything we did wrong?
