Can I quit after working for less than 6 months?

I started working at my company less half a year ago. I like the company and environment and most of the people, but I haven’t been doing well, and I don’t love what I’m doing. I also have to work a lot of overtime (more than I was expecting) and it’s taking a toll on me mentally and physically. I’ve been trying to approach it with a more positivity, but I feel like I’ve already mentally given up on trying to succeed.

My probation period is coming up in a couple of months, and I’m quite worried it won’t be extended. I’ve been making a more conscious effort to try harder, but I feel like it’s going nowhere.
Should I keep trying until my evaluation at the end of my probation period, or should I try to find something that’s a better fit?

  1. What kind of contract do you have? Usually the legal probation period is 2 weeks, 6 months seems very weird.

If it’s a seisyain contract, 99% of the time you can just resign with 2 weeks. If it’s fixed contract you gotta read the contract
