[Question] Places to dispose of garbage outside of regular collection times? Kyoto

Are there any locations in Kyoto (Kita-ku) where you can dispose of garbage (燃えるゴミ、段ボール) outside of regular collection times?

I tired looking on the government website, but couldn’t see anything.

If anyone can help I’d be much appreciated!
