As the title says. I bought one thing and got a bad review. I only noticed after I tired to buy something else and the purchase was cancelled by the seller. The review is:
一才連絡無し。受け取り評価無し。海外の方なのか、期限すぎて売り上げ金自動振り込み。購入されたらキャンセルしたほうが絶対良いです。ブロックしといた方が良いと思います。
I don’t remember them asking for any communication thought the shipping process, and I did let them know I got the package after I saw the email of them asking, but that was about a day or two after I got it. Is there anything I can do, or would it be better to just scrap the account or using Mercari at all? I’m also concerned about them blaming the fact that I’m a foreigner. That’s just blatant racism to me.
Edit: I understand now that the seller wasn’t able to get their money because I didn’t let them know I got the package within a day of recieving it. I did not know that beforehand.
Edit 2: I have deleted my Mercari account as per advice given. Will start anew with all the new information you all gave me (probably not for a while though). Thank you all. Keeping the post up as a warning and resource for others to not make the same mistake as me.
