I’m in the market for an oven and the Anova checks all of the boxes and still comes in cheaper than most every other oven produced in Japan. But the oven is produced in the US and I wonder if there’d be any problems with the current and the performance of the oven.
Has anyone here purchased one while in Japan? Generally speaking, have you had any problems with electrical devices from the US here?
