So I’m a pretty long time resident married to a Japanese national with a spousal visa and a child. If we were to divorce would any visa be available to me given my child is a Japanese citizen?

Go for PR before you divorce, although even after divorce as you have a child you can probably swing a long term resident status.
But seriously get PR now while it’s straight forward.
In certain situations they do give a long-term resident status if it’s beneficial to the child. I do not know what the criteria are or how long one can stay on it.
Edit: [This site](https://www.tn-office.jp/14103304446187) says the requirements to switch to a LTR status are either 1) have enough income to make an independent living, or 2) parental authority of the child. Remember, Japan does not have shared custody.
Get PR right now.
You should have got that squared away already.
Chiming in with: get PR asap.
