What fish is this?

The roll is salmon and cucumber. But what fish are is the sashimi? I was going to ask my server but the restaurant was pretty busy.

It was alllll so good. I got it at Sushi Yasaka in NYC. Top right might’ve been my fav. Hard to choose though.
