“Please try logging in after awhile”
I won an auction on an important item almost 2 weeks ago, payed for it, it didn’t come, and there was nothing in my email about it. I checked my spam folder, and there’s a message from 8 days ago telling me they need to charge me for shipping. I logged in and couldn’t complete the Japanese captcha on my US laptop, so I got a housemate to help me on his computer and it gave me this message. We also tried on my iPhone , and it gave the same message. I made the account to win the auction, and there doesn’t seem to be any means of contacting support without logging into your id. Is this eventually going to lose me the item?
I have been living in Japan for a year, and doing anything involving mail is what I dread the most. The forms are a nightmare and require custom text, packages always get returned to the post office or Kuroneko and no one at any post office I’ve been to can speak any English or help me with anything. My full name is written on the outside of my residence in both Romanji and Katakana. I am baffled as to how anyone orders things by mail here
