What was the format of your interview with them? I’ve obviously practiced sample questions and prepared a lesson plan, but I’m still curious if they will ask me to teach a lesson to them. I’ve prepared end of interview questions, responses to questions they might ask like “Where do you see yourself in 3 years” or “Why did you leave your last job”, “What are you looking for out of this job?” etc. I’m assuming they will probably start off with having me talk about my story, and what lead me to want to become an English teacher. Just looking for a general template, so I can prepare each step. I already live in Tokyo
I’ve also been trying to find out if Shane splits their employee’s shifts, and if so, by how many hours?
