My mom was complaining last night about not being able to make a “proper Xmas pudding” because she can’t find suet in the stores. I went online and couldn’t find it either but after doing some research I found it’s just “leaf lard” but processed. I wanted to ask:
1) Can you buy suet in Japan? I looked online but it’s not at the usual places like Amazon.
2) What is leaf lard called in Japanese and where can we buy it? It’s not in my dictionary.
