My brother sent me a package with USPS a while ago. On his end, the USPS tracking website, it says delivery was attempted December 4th and 20th and has been waiting at the post office for pickup. However, both times I didn’t see any attempted delivery, nor did I get one of those redelivery slips with a QR code. I only have the US tracking number, so I’m really not sure how to pick up the package. Do I go to the post office and just explain the situation?
Also we did double check the address, everything lines up.
