Yakiniku or Shabu-Shabu? I personally prefer yakiniku more rather than shabu-shabu bc I think the meat is more flavorful. I’m starting to get used to shabu-shabu though! Especially in colder weather the broth is just so good and warm. Do you guys recommend any sauce combinations for the meat? I’ll try it in my next visit.
