Sorry if this seems a bit out of topic, but since Glidic is a japanese brand I thought anyone here could at least help me.
I have been searching for any article to help troubleshoot my TWS: Glidic TW-4000s (Tomorrow x Together ver) but I can’t manage to find anything, tried to find their contact only to find out the whole site is japanese.. and I can’t speak japanese.
So the problem is that only one side of my earbud would get connected to my phone and the other side would only have this “pulsating sound”. Tried on 3 different devices and things keep happening. This is a few months after I’m gifted this TWS. I have unpaired and restarted the devices but nothing changes.
I wonder if any glidic users here can help me with the similar problem? Thank you so much.
