I am new to Japan in September and I am also new to the this Reddit. I am looking for any and all help with things to do in Tokyo for NYE. I’m by myself in Japan and due to the nature of my work (counseling) unable to make friends at work due to boundary concerns. I am hoping to find a place where there will be a number of ex-pats to try to make some connections with as the last few months have been pretty isolating. I will be around the Ebisu area but am willing to travel.
