Have you had any bad food experiences in Tokyo?

Hello, I am on a quest to find a bad restaurant in Tokyo.

I have lived here my whole life but I find it exceedingly rare that I do not clean up my plate while eating out. A bad experience here is when the food is just okay or is just too expensive.

I am determined to find a restaurant that is bad. Does anybody have any memorable experiences with terrible food in Tokyo so I can check it out? Can be any cuisine.
