My local AYCE sushi spot has this bangin’ mango chili sauce that they serve with their fried calamari and also (obviously) some of their specialty rolls. Do any of you have a go-to retailer that you buy the sauce from? Looking for a mango chili sauce that you’ve actually bought, tried and approved of. I would rather buy it than try my hand making it at home. Plus, the recipes I’ve seen for the sauce look more grainy than the sauce I’ve had at the restaurant. Sorry the reference photos of the sauce aren’t close-up like they should be.
