Okay, so i purchased a Shinkansen ticket for the first time last week. I’ll be heading all the way from Hiroshima to Nagano.
Here’s my problem, i only bought the 特急券 till Nagoya at first. So i went back and bought the “Base Fare” as well but i bought it till Nagano(something about it getting cheaper with distance).
So from Nagoya to Nagano, i’ll be taking the Shinano express so i bought its 特急券only as well. I bought all tickets: 2* express and 1* base fare on different days cause I didn’t know you could buy it together (just moved to japan).
So the total came out a few thousand different than the price it specified on Google Maps Transit fare.
So is it because I bought them separately instead of together? That’s what i wanna know for future reference.
